An AI OS dev team that understands your company
From building company knowledge out of scattered documents and conversations, to creating and operating ERP, CRM, and automation on top of it — OS Builder is an AI development team designed for business operations from the ground up.
A dev team you run by conversation
No requirements document needed. Describe the work you do today — Mei finds the grounds in your company knowledge, shows you the plan, and ships after your approval.
Mei
Don't build it yourself.
Run a full dev team through Mei and complete your OS.
You deal with exactly one counterpart: Mei. Mei breaks your request down, assigns specialist agents, tracks progress, and reports back with results. It feels like directing a team, not learning a tool.

Describe the work, make the calls

Upload what you already use. It becomes the basis for development.
No need to reorganize documents for OS Builder. Upload policy PDFs, KakaoTalk work chats, and spreadsheet forms, connect your ERP and databases — they convert into company knowledge automatically. Every piece of development work then builds on that knowledge.

The result is not a document. It's a system in production.
Systems IMPAKERS built the OS Builder way, running in production today — what situation they started from, what OS was built, and what data was integrated.

Hundreds of receipts, settled in one upload
- Situation
- After every event, staff manually reconciled hundreds of field-expense receipts against settlement sheets — days of work per event.
- What was built
- A settlement OS: upload receipts, OCR reads them, settlement sheets generate automatically, and each line item is checked against internal spending policy before flowing into an approval workflow.
- Data integrated
- Corporate card records · receipt images · internal spending policy PDFs
A dedicated manager, with you through the first win.
This is not a product that ends with an account handover. A human manager from IMPAKERS works alongside you, from onboarding through day-to-day operations.
- Step 1
Pick the first task
Your manager helps choose work that repeats often and has clear rules.
- Step 2
Connect context and data
Documents, chats, databases, and existing systems — connected together, only as far as needed.
- Step 3
Build the first system together
One full cycle — request, preview, deploy — completed with your manager.
- Step 4
Ongoing operational support
Priorities, blockers, and expansion ideas — the same person keeps carrying them with you.
Frequently asked questions
Since this product goes into real operations, roles, data, deployment, and ownership terms are made explicit before you start.
Can we run it without developers on staff?
Yes. Your team decides business rules and priorities while the AI dev team handles planning, design, and implementation. A dedicated IMPAKERS manager helps set up your first task and workflow.
What if the AI misunderstands and builds the wrong thing?
You review screen sketches and feature definitions first, and items needing a decision wait for your answer. Knowledge keeps its source, original text, and verification status, and conflicting information is flagged separately.
What does the base fee include?
The monthly base fee covers the AI dev team, your dedicated manager, and infrastructure and code upkeep. Large initial builds are scoped and quoted separately.
Do we have to replace our ERP or databases?
No. Your current databases, spreadsheets, and internal APIs are connected as needed. What stays and what gets rebuilt is decided during onboarding.
Who decides on final deployment?
You do, after reviewing the preview and changes. Only authorized members can deploy, and deployment status and history are recorded.
Who owns the systems and source code?
Ownership scope for deliverables and source is put in writing before contract. Security requirements and data location are agreed at the same stage.
